When you contact Forge or request QA support, we collect the details needed to scope and deliver the service, including your name, email, company or startup, product URL, additional notes, requirements, priority areas, timing, and any access notes you choose to provide.

If your product requires authentication, you may provide temporary test credentials or access instructions. We recommend using staging environments, test accounts, and limited-permission access whenever possible.

We use submitted information to review your scope, communicate about the audit, perform authorized QA testing, prepare reports, and improve the quality of Forge services.

We do not sell customer information. We only use product details and access notes for the requested QA service or related customer support.

We may use trusted service providers for email delivery, hosting, security, storage, analytics, or payment operations. These providers only receive information needed to support the service.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate suspected misuse of the service.

We keep contact requests and service records for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and improve delivery quality.

Access notes and temporary credential details can be deleted from active service records after audit completion upon request. We recommend rotating or disabling temporary access after delivery.

You can request deletion of submitted access notes or account information by contacting hayk@forge-review.com. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting purposes.
