These terms explain the basic expectations for using Forge and requesting professional QA audit services.

By submitting a product, URL, application, credentials, or requirements, you confirm that you have permission to request testing for that product and its related systems.
Forge only performs testing within the scope you provide. Do not submit products, accounts, credentials, or environments that you are not authorized to use.
Forge provides custom-scope QA audits, bug reports, risk assessments, launch-readiness reviews, and related recommendations based on the agreed scope and submitted information.
The audit is a professional review of selected areas. It does not guarantee that every defect, security issue, performance issue, or production risk will be found.
Submitting a contact request does not create an automatic purchase or guarantee that Forge will accept the work. Forge reviews the requested scope, access needs, timing, and fit before approval.
If the request is approved, Forge confirms the scope, price, and payment method separately. Forge does not collect card or bank details through this website.
Testing begins only after Forge confirms payment or another written agreement. The agreed delivery window begins after payment is confirmed and the required product access, scope, and testing information are available.
Missing access, material scope changes, product downtime, or delayed customer responses may change the delivery date. Forge will communicate any expected delay or scope adjustment.
Contact Forge promptly if you need to cancel. Refund or cancellation requests are reviewed based on whether testing has begun and the work already performed or committed. Any agreed refund is handled through the original payment arrangement.
You are responsible for providing accurate product details, requirements, access instructions, testing constraints, deadline expectations, and any safety limitations.
Use temporary test accounts, staging environments, demo data, and limited permissions whenever possible. Avoid submitting production secrets or real customer data unless absolutely necessary and authorized.
Reports may include defects, severity, priority, reproduction steps, screenshots or videos, risk notes, launch-readiness scoring, and recommendations.
You are responsible for deciding whether to launch, delay, fix, accept, or further investigate any issue identified in a report.
